7. Delivery – PAXI Parcel Delivery Service
GutterGrip South Africa uses the PAXI parcel delivery service for the delivery of customer orders. PAXI provides convenient parcel delivery to designated PAXI Points throughout South Africa.
7.1 Delivery Method
Customers are required to select their preferred PAXI collection point during the checkout process, where the PAXI collection-point selection option is available.
Orders will be dispatched using the PAXI delivery service to the selected collection point. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct PAXI Point and contact details are provided when placing their order.
7.2 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on the PAXI service selected and the availability of the service.
Estimated delivery timeframes may vary and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, operational disruptions or circumstances beyond GutterGrip’s reasonable control.
Customers should refer to the delivery timeframe displayed at checkout.
7.3 Parcel Collection
Once the parcel has arrived at the selected PAXI Point, the customer will be notified by PAXI, typically via SMS.
Customers are responsible for collecting their parcels within the collection period prescribed by PAXI and for following PAXI’s collection requirements, including presenting the required identification and collection PIN.
GutterGrip shall not be responsible for parcels that are not collected within the applicable PAXI collection period.
7.4 Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and selecting the correct PAXI collection point.
Any additional costs, delays or complications resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.
7.5 Uncollected or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is not collected by the customer and is returned to GutterGrip in accordance with PAXI’s procedures, GutterGrip will contact the customer to arrange the next steps.
Additional delivery charges may apply to resend the parcel, where permitted by law.
7.6 Tracking
Customers may track their parcels through the PAXI tracking system using the tracking information supplied.

7.7 Delivery Responsibility
GutterGrip will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are correctly prepared and handed over to PAXI for delivery.
Any delivery-related concerns should be reported to GutterGrip using the contact details below.
Nothing in this section limits any rights afforded to customers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable South African legislation.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Nothing in this section limits any rights afforded to customers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”) or any other applicable law.
8.1 Returns
Customers wishing to return goods must contact GutterGrip within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the goods.
For change-of-mind returns, products should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, subject to applicable statutory rights.
8.2 Return Requests

The request must include the order number, customer details and reason for the return.
Returns must be approved and arranged with GutterGrip before goods are sent back.
8.3 Return Costs
Where a return is requested for reasons other than a defect or an applicable statutory right, the customer may be responsible for the return delivery costs, subject to applicable law.
Where goods are defective, incorrect or otherwise qualify for a remedy under the CPA, the customer’s statutory rights will apply.
8.4 Inspection and Refunds
Returned products may be inspected upon receipt.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and within the applicable timeframe.
No administration fee or deduction will be applied where prohibited by law.
9. Product Installation and Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring that GutterGrip products are installed and used in accordance with the applicable installation instructions.
GutterGrip recommends that customers carefully review the installation instructions before installing any product.
Incorrect installation, misuse, modification or use outside the product’s intended purpose may affect product performance.
Customers should ensure that the installation is suitable for their specific guttering system and property conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection legislation.
10. Installation Vouchers and Promotional Coupons
Promotional coupons, discounts and installation vouchers may be made available through the website from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated:

- Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
